2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after:

Written confirmation via email, WhatsApp, invoice, or booking voucher from our team.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payments

Applicable taxes, including GST, shall be charged as per government regulations.

Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, payment gateway, debit cards, credit cards, and cash where applicable.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for:

Obtaining necessary visas, permits, or travel documents;

Arriving at pickup locations on time.
Any additional expenses arising from delays, missed departures, or incomplete documentation shall be borne by the traveler.

While we strive to operate tours as planned, we reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, sightseeing schedules, or inclusions due to:

7. Travel Insurance

The cost of travel insurance is not included unless explicitly mentioned.
8. Limitation of Liability
