Holy Kashi Tour and Travels provides travel-related services including but not limited to:
Domestic and international tour packages
Hotel bookings
Cab and transportation services
Airport and railway station transfers
Boat rides and local sightseeing tours
Temple visits and pilgrimage assistance
Tour guides and customized travel arrangements
All services are subject to availability.
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
Receipt of the required advance payment;
Submission of necessary traveler information; and
Written confirmation via email, WhatsApp, invoice, or booking voucher from our team.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice until full payment is received.
Applicable taxes, including GST, shall be charged as per government regulations.
Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, payment gateway, debit cards, credit cards, and cash where applicable.
Travelers are responsible for:
Providing accurate personal information;
Carrying valid government-issued identification;
Obtaining necessary visas, permits, or travel documents;
Complying with local laws, customs, and regulations;
Arriving at pickup locations on time.
Any additional expenses arising from delays, missed departures, or incomplete documentation shall be borne by the traveler.
While we strive to operate tours as planned, we reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, sightseeing schedules, or inclusions due to:
Weather conditions;
Natural disasters;
Government restrictions;
Festivals and public events;
Traffic conditions;
Operational or safety concerns.
Suitable alternatives will be arranged wherever possible.
Certain services, including hotels, airlines, transport providers, boat operators, guides, and activity organizers, are operated by third parties.
Holy Kashi Tour and Travels acts solely as an intermediary and shall not be liable for:
Service interruptions;
Delays or cancellations;
Loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers.
Such services remain subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Trip cancellation;
Medical emergencies;
Accidents;
Loss of baggage;
Personal liability.
The cost of travel insurance is not included unless explicitly mentioned.
Holy Kashi Tour and Travels shall not be liable for any loss, injury, delay, expense, accident, or damage arising from:
Acts of God;
Weather conditions;
Political disturbances;
Strikes or transport disruptions;
Pandemic-related restrictions;
Theft or loss of personal belongings;
Traveler negligence.
Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid directly to us for the relevant booking.
We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government actions, or transportation disruptions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
